Hey it's Monday! And November, which means I'm doing NaNoWriMo, which means I'm super stressed.
So this is the first Monday of this project so I really don't know what to write. I can't see a question in the question box so hm...I guess I'll just introduce myself. I'm Ch, which is pronounced in a really Swedish way (because I'm from Sweden), but don't worry, I have an international nickname as well! It's Ron. So, I'm 15 years old, and I live a 30 minute train ride from Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. The Harry Potter phenomenon is a very big part of my life. I've met the majority of my friends through a Swedish Harry Potter site (hogwarts.nu), and Harry Potter is basically what gets me through life.
Well, I think that's all the basic stuff you need to know about me for now, so I'll tell you about what I did this weekend!
I was at a wizard rock show, yay! Those our not very common here in this little cold country (and believe me, it's getting cold). I love it when stuff happens in the Swedish part of the fandom! It means I get to see my beloved friends and have awesome weekends.
But the show was awesome! I played twice, the first set was my own solo-thingy, Krum Viddy, and then I played bass in Solitary Snape. I got to the little "venue"-thing (it was under a library!) a couple of hours early to do soundcheck and stuff, and ended up changing my whole Krum Viddy-set. It was only two songs, but still. I played a weird version of the Hogwarts School Song and and AlleyCast-fangirl song.
A very cool part was that someone you might have heard of was there. Her name is Dinah Saur and she interviewed all the bands for the Wizrocklopedia and the whole show was recorded, so look out for that ;)
One of the first Swedish wizard rock bands, The Swedish Shortsnouts (how very fitting), were there as well. I totally fangirled them, because they're totally made of awesome. You should check them out! They've made a really good song about the HBP-delay ;)
Their myspace!
Big thank you goes to Elin and Hanna from the HPA chapter The Advance Guard, who were awesome and put the show together!
So that's all I had to say for today. I hope it was okay I didn't answer a question, since there wasn't any :S I guess this'll be introduction week :D
I hope you other wloggers are doing great.
Your Monday and your Slytherin,
Ch/Ron/whatever.

Heard the song, it's bloody brilliant!
At last! We begin this chaotic spiral of madness... I mean, our blog ;)
Nice, Ms. Slytherin, I wish there were Wrock concerts in Spain, your so bloody lucky!
One day, I hope!
Have a hoggity day!
Ooo, I wish I was in a wrock band! I own 2 guitars(my family has like 8, my dad is obsessed with music.) and can play a few chords...but there's the small fact that I can't sing, and I don't really know any other hp fans that can..
I'm going to my first wrock show this Wednesday! The Whomping Willows (: and JFF. So I'll blog after that :D
I think I might also set up a Harry Potter Alliance here. I don't really want to be the leader, because I'm only 15 and have a lot to do, but I might ask Whompy to make an announcement asking someone to think about it :P
-frankee. house of awesomeee.
Katie - I hope the wrock scene will grow in spain :D
frankee - yay, I hope you have fun at the wrockshow! I've always wanted to go to a show with some of the american bands, I think I might save up for wrockstock ;P
Wrock shows are the best! My first was The Whomping Willows and JFF. My second was Tonks and the Aurors, the Chinese Chomping Cabbages, and Snidget. My third was TWW, JFF, DatM, and THE REMUS LUPINS! I totally fangirled Alex... Teehee...
