Anyways..
my day.... lazy. (: finally . needed a BREAK. It's Thanksgiving tomorrow so my school only had a 2 day week. I took some cool photography pictures.(I've become obsessed lately.). You know what I want? A polaroid camera. Not the brand- but the ones where you take a picture and develops it instantly? That'd be pretty sweet.
So, sorry, but the rest of this post may be quite long.
Nina- hope your toe is ok? XD My cousin had a big boulder fall on her toe while trying to get ontop of this during the middle of the night:

Ch- Ah, Paper Towns! I'm trying to get my school to get it just so I can know more people who have read it. I already own a copy (signed by john!)(I just saw him and Hank like a week and a half ago...did I talk about that?) And I actually have Harry, a History right now. It's sitting open on my bed. I'm on the chapter about Harry and the Potters. It's really interesting, but it makes me sad I didn't get involved in the fandom sooner.(& you're lucky you get Christmas a day sooner! I have to celebrate Christmas and Chanukah..long story.)
Odette- Your name reminds me of pokemon. Sorry about your hand! Get better soon! No fansites!? I only check two of them for news. & then - I'm going to cut myself off because I'm going to have to explain again in the questions . :]
Kate- Eek. Viruses. My brother just had a big trojan virus and didn't have a computer for a month. DOESN'T THE NEXT MOVIE LOOK AMAZING? Does Warner Bros. think that the trailers will tie us over until July? Psshh. It's making me want to see the movie sooner. Lmao @ what you would do at Hogwarts. and Ohh.. I wanted to watch youtube live. Me and my friend had a big bowl of popcorn and comfy chairs and stuff.... and then the picture wouldn't show up on my computer! D: Oh well. I heard it was cool, though.
questions....
Do you think that Twilight will be bigger than Harry Potter?
No. Harry Potter has a move vast and solid fanbase. Most of the twilight fans are teenage girls or their mothers who all have crushes on Edward. Well, that's a stereotype. I read twilight over a year ago, and liked it, but I didn't fall in love with Edward(he annoyed me with his cheesiness) and I wouldn't read the books again. I can read Harry Potter over and over, though. We have people of all ages..from 4 to 80(those numbers were totally made up.) & Twilight isn't really original..and the characters aren't very..i don't know..they don't have a lot of depth in my eyes. In HP there's something for everyone. In Twilight there's just the ever-so-common-vampires-loving-humans-but-oh-no-it's-forbidden plot.
Which HP fansite is you favorite?
mugglenet, hands down.
but I also go on Potter Forums when I'm bored. (:
If you had to choose the next Hogwarts Headmaster after McGonagall, who would you choose?
Hahah, Odette, nice choice with Flitwick.
This is a tough question.. I would love to say Snape, but he might be unfair to some students and not to mention he's dead.
Trelawny would make a hilarious headmistress.
I don't know..I might just have to say Flitwick, too!
my questionnnnnnn.
drum roll, please.
hold on, I have to think of it..
Refer to pages 706-707 in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows...what do you think the alien like thing is?
I'm asking this question because I'm trying to collect stuff on how Harry Potter has examples of real life in it.(for a project in english class.)
The first thing that popped into my head was an aborted baby... any thoughts or other ideas? (:
it you don't have the book here's parts of the passage:
"He had spotted the thing that was making the noises. It had the form of a small, naked child, curled on the ground, its skin raw and rough, flayed-looking, and it lay shuddering under a seat where it had been left, unwanted, stuffed out of site, struggling for breath." & then on 709 "he was distracted by the whimpering and thumpering of the agonized creature behind them" OOO and it also says "He had rendered his soul so unstable that it broke apart when he committed those acts of unspeakable evil, the murder of your parents, the attempted killing of a child" Am I picking up anti-abortion vibes here? or is it just me? *feels smart for discovering this*(althought i'm probably not the first one)
See ya tomorrow, Nina!
Oh, and, House of Awesome for the win.
