Surfing the life-high-wave!

Where art thou, missing nerdbuddies?
Awwww, I know I haven't been Ms. Constant, but I love this blog very very very much, as I've gotten to know you guys through it, and for that I'm grateful.

I haven't got much feedback on the new layout, but I hope you guys like it, I thought it's flashyness might bring a bit new year cheer (very cheesy rhyme)!

I'm not sure what happened throughout the night, but I went from being in a constant semi-depressed state all week to waking up with U2's BEAUTIFUL DAY as my soundtrack.
Seriously, I'm phyched and chipper, I went to buy art supplies (I love my new sanguine pencil!) and then I started readding Jane Austen's Northanger Abbey and smiled, SMILED all the while, for no particular reason...
I hope this state lasts a long time, I really needed some pepper-up potion, but this is sooooo much better :) and I'm not even sure what caused it...

Wow, I'm high (on life, not drugs ;D)!

Anyway, I really miss you guys, I hope this blog moves past finals soon, and that we all get some well deserved rest.

Ron: I LOVE YOU'RE KNITTING! I'm totally head over heels in love with the NerdPod, Remos Rocks! I still haven't gotten past the first line of stitches, It's kinda frustrating, I think the needles I'm using are too thick for the yarn...
Could you pretty please make me a tutorial (or at least a couple of tips) when you have some free time? Oh, I love your hair color! very vibrant :)
As for your unfinnished sweater: KNITT, RON! KNITT! MAKE THAT SWEATER TIGHT! KNITT, RON! KNITT! WEAR THAT SWEATER RIGHT! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON! (I suck at cheering, I know, but I tried).
I'm Katherine Graterol in facebook, can you add me?

Odette: I'm glad your audittion went well (and it does matter what you think), what a curious arrangement of caracters you posses, m'dear! (Austen's seeping through my language).
How's your cold? Non-existant, I hope.
My deviant profile is http://atomicwintersun.deviantart.com/
Thank you sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much for adding me to your facebook!

Nina: Yes, highschool's cruel, I know... but the world, the whole world? It's not that bad, right? I mean, there's Harry Potter, chocolate, Nerdfighters, chocolate, Libraries, chocolate, did I mention CHOCOLATE?! (yes, I have a problem, I'm obssesed, I admit it).
How did your finals go?
How did the party turn out?

Q&A!
If you found out tomorrow that you were a witch and going to Hogwarts, what would you do? Would you go? What would you bring?
Flip out, freak out, pass out!
And make my bags, take the essentials (art supplies, notebooks, laptop [I'LL MAKE IT WORK!], book... Oh, clothes and toothbrush too, I guess), and go, go, go!

What death (Or deaths) were the hardest for you in DH?
After professor Dumbledor died, I pretty much bacame numb, so it did't sting as much, though... Fred... Oh, Freddy! your death was like a pinprick to my aorta!

Do You listen to HP podcasts?

I listened to a couple of Pottercast recordings, but I'm not much af a podcaster (Save for Hamish and Andy!), any recomendations?

What are your favorite quotes from HP?

I know it should be something profound, but...

"I hope you're pleased with yourselves. We could all have been killed - or worse, expelled. Now if you don't mind, I'm going to bed."

"Just because you've got the emotional range of a teaspoon doesn't mean we all have."

"Ah, shut up, Dursley, yeh great prune."

"Mistletoe," said Luna dreamily, pointing at a large clump of white berries placed almost over Harry's head. He jumped out from under it. "Good thinking," said Luna seriously. "It's often infested with nargles."

My question: What is you favorite magical beverage/food/sweet?

Random question: what are your opinions on Tarot cards?

Adieu for now!
Love ya girls!
Kate

P.S.: Today was hogsome becouse I went to an Pedro Sandoval art expo! He's awsome!
