My oh my. I know i haven't posted in a while and for that i am sincerely sorry. I have been majorly busy. FINALS, are tommoro and Friday. I'm seriously gonna walk into the classroom, sit down, and start crying. I'm am so freaked out. I have an AP World History Test tommoro, English essay, and then to wrap it all up a MATH test. Then on Friday i have a music theory/ Orchestra test, a French test, and a science test! What a cruel world it is. Hope you guys are having more fun where your at :] Oh yea, i have to go get radio training and go to a meeting for a club i'm in tommoro and on Friday. Then i have to go help out with my friends surprise birthday party. It's gonna be a crazy, fun few days!

[1/27/09] In which Odette is utterly sick.
You all are not gone! Yay! Well we have still lost Frankee and Nina but 2 out of 4 ain't bad.
My audition went well, at least I thought it did but it doesn't really matter what I think now does it? It matters what the director thinks. I am Widow #2, Medic #1, and Matey #1. Yes I know that is probably the weirdest assortment of characters ever but this play is weird in a hilarious way.
I have this really horrible cold. I have no energy and I cough, sneeze and a whole bunch of other gross stuff. i went to the doc yesterday and my mom and I waited 40 mins to find out that I have a cold! and I should continue to take over the counter stuff and then he gave me an antibiotic just in case it is not a regular cold!
Katie: I am mostly upset that the kids talked through it because the CHIEF JUSTICE screwed up! Not Obama! I wish I had gotten to see more of it but alas apparently the only important part to see was his speech which I thought was a bit lackluster but still good. Your deivantart link is nonexistent. I think it is time to put away the festive holiday layout.
Ron: I love all the things you knitted! Especially the nerdPod that is so cute! I also love the name of your Ipod!

In which the Slytherin one is sorry and babbels.
I AM SO EXTREMELY SORRY! I totally forgot about this the past few weeks :( when I started school again my brain stopped working. Hit it, if you must. Before I get to questions and such, I need to explain what a geek I am. Last week my friends and I were sitting in a computer hall in our school, waiting for the bus (the busses from my school only leave every half hour). There are like, eight computers there and people were playing some violent game. Some of my friends are playing. I'm not very in to computer games because most of them are violent, and, believe it or not, I'm a pretty friendly person. I believe in loooooooooooove. The only games I like are colorful stuff, like Mario. Anywho, my friend and I sit down on some chairs beside the computers and he brings out his 5x5 Rubic's Cube and starts making some flag, and what do I do? I start knitting. Yep. While a bunch of guys are being all modern shooting each other in a virtual world, I take the old fashioned route and start knitting on my gloves. Same thing tonight. I stayed up until 2am knitting this horrible hat. Because I like horrible. And today I was home sick because I wasn't feeling well when I walked to the bus stop, which resulted in me so knitting a little thing for Remus, my iPod.

Nina Living in Sweden isn't that fun either. Today when I was walking to the bus stop there was ice all over the place where I was supposed to walk. It was downhill. I almost cried because I really didin't enjoy feeling sick and trying not to fall :(

It does feel a bit weird with the Christmas decorations lol. I would try to come up with a good design myself but I really suck at those things. I am going to take a class in webdesigning next year! Or in two years, I don't now ;o

Hogwarts! It just seems so awesome and I would love to walk around there.
If you could have a map like the marauder's map..what place would you want it to be of?
Hm...my school. Because I like to stalk people. And it'd be nice to have an easy way to know which floor people are (the building where most of my classes are have horrible stairs. We usually hang out on the third floor and our lockers are in the basement. My legs are not liking it). Or when the French teacher is coming.

Oh dear, where did everyone go?
Huh.
And there I thought that when I pased by our blog I was gonna find a bunch of Shun-Katie-the-tardy-wlogger! messeges and I find... EMPTINESS?!

I don't plan on bailing, but last week was a bit... let't put it this way: spending the week as a albino ferrett might have been better, but alas!
I'm just getting to the end of highschool, and I feel very frustrated becouse my subconsious has just chosen THIS MOMENT, in which I need to be on top of my game, to have a friggin' I-DON'T-WANNA-GROW-UP-I-DON'T-WANT-RESPONSIBILITIES-SCHOOL-SUCKS!-PHASE. Wartsome timming, I tell you.
But on the bright side (there's always one):
My muse has woken from her (or his) 3 year hibernation about 5 or so monthes ago and I've been dreaming up amazing creations at an astounding speed lately!

[1/20/08] In which Odette is confuzzled by the dissappearance of well almost everyone.

In other news, today was Obama's inauguration! I was really excited because we got to watch it in school but then stupid conservative kids talked the entire time and asked why we were watching it! !?!?!?!?! I was floored! I do not care who you would have voted for you should still be respectful! We were respectful of Bush not it is your turn! Sorry. Rant done.
I finally had my audition today. People told me I did really well but the announcements came on in the middle of my performance. I didn't have sour gummy worms which bothered me. I always eat them before an audition. But I think I did well.
So I am still disturbed by only Nina and I posting last week but i am sure you all had good reasons!
Nina: My favorite books are The Gemma Doyle Trilogy! They are amazing! I highly recommend them! Tied for second is The HPs, John's books, Feed, The boy in the Striped Pajamas, Living Dead Girl, Thirteen reasons Why and I am sure many others that I have forgotten temporarily.

In other news, today was Obama's inauguration! I was really excited because we got to watch it in school but then stupid conservative kids talked the entire time and asked why we were watching it! !?!?!?!?! I was floored! I do not care who you would have voted for you should still be respectful! We were respectful of Bush not it is your turn! Sorry. Rant done.
I finally had my audition today. People told me I did really well but the announcements came on in the middle of my performance. I didn't have sour gummy worms which bothered me. I always eat them before an audition. But I think I did well.
So I am still disturbed by only Nina and I posting last week but i am sure you all had good reasons!
Nina: My favorite books are The Gemma Doyle Trilogy! They are amazing! I highly recommend them! Tied for second is The HPs, John's books, Feed, The boy in the Striped Pajamas, Living Dead Girl, Thirteen reasons Why and I am sure many others that I have forgotten temporarily.

Wednesday 1/ 14.
HEY GURLSSSSSS!!!! Wow. I almost forgot that today was Wednesday! This week has been so SLOW! Last week we had no school because of the snow, so this week having school was just odd. I was getting so used to staying at home :[ Oh well, i guess school isn't that bad. This is gonna be a pretty short post, sorry you guys! I really have to get to my homework!

Hmmmmmm. I'm gonna have to say either my school or of New York City or of L.A. or Seattle. lol. That is a lot of places. the cities are my favorite places and it would just be cool to see where people are in my school!
What job would you want in the wizarding world?
I would want to be either a teacher or work somewhere in the Ministry of Magic. That would be excellent :]
My Question: Who of the three main characters would be the best headmaster of Hogwarts?
I think Hermione would be really good. I mean she is already really smart and academicy (is that even a word? :] ). I just see her as a teacher type. Can't you just see Hermione telling some kids off for being late for class? lol.
OMG. I forgot to tell you guys. I got a new game for my DS and it is bloody fantastic. Its the Sims 2. Which is way different from the PC version, but it's still reall fun and not to mention addicting! That is what has been occupying my time :] I'm also looking for a good book to read. [1/13/09] "OMG HE IS SO COOL! LOOK AT HIS LITTLE STAR HEAD THINGY! Awwwwww Snap!"
I love my little mass comm friends. They make me so happy!
I really need to be working on my homework right now but hey i have stayed up way too late finishing my homework since forever, why stop now?
This guy that I am really not sure if I like (but I think I do because I have had reoccurring dreams about him) keeps hanging around with me! This is very exciting!
In my area of churches (Called a diocese) we just elected a new bishop. So everyone is all excited about the fact that we got a new bishop and all. Then Sunday, I find out that our bishop-Elect has cancelled the best church retreats ever. Every time I think about it, I almost cry because these retreats mean so much to me!
Why do none of y'all have facebook?
Nina: I wish i got snow. It has not actually snowed here in a really long time!
Frankee: I will eat something solid in your honor! I will stand up and say "To Frankee!" and then eat it! Everyone will look at me really weird but, hey, you're worth it.
Katie: Thank you! But my phases of nervousness are about to be repeated because the auditions are pushed back. We were talking about how South America was liberated. I definitely was like, "My friend Katie-Wait...uh...nevermind..." Odette is my nickname. I actually have very weird nicknames. Winter Winderland!
Hello Ladies, It's Friday!
(No, not Saturday OR Sunday!)
And it's not just any ordinary Friday, NO. I Snowed in Madrid!
It was Amazing! I've never been in real snow, only on an artificial skiing track, so...
Yeah, still freaking out! :D
Hah, I was in class today and two of my teachers didn't come and I wanted to skip class so I could play in the snow, and then my dad phones me and he's like: "What the heck are you doin' in school?! It's snowing, get overhere!" Awsome Dad Award! My friends were like "PLEASE TRADE ME YOUR DAD FOR MINE!" XD
I'm gonna be updating my Nerdfighter profile and I think I'm gonna go with the whole Back in Black theme. What do you guy think?
I've gotten into kinetic typography and motion graphics lately (as of yesterday), which is a fancy way to say 'videos with cool animated text' :D I'm going to make one soon.

Man, am i annoyed!
Ok, so first we have this huge snow storm and now we are having flood problems! I am getting pretty mad. I don't have school today or tommorow because of the flooding/ ice/ snow. I was at school yesterday for the first time in 3 weeks (winter vacation) and one of the roofs almost collapsed because of the snow. You guys are so lucky you don't live in the northwest.

[1/6/09] In which Odette has Braq's Rootbeer and that makes her happy.
Yes I have a Barq's in the very near vicinity. I also have apples and peanut butter. All is right with the world.
SO I am doing this thing called the French Congres. It is when French students from around the county come and do competitions and workshops and it is bunches of fun! I am doing the cooking competition and I am making couscous. I tried it out last Friday and it is delicious! But there is also a spirit competition where every school does some skit. The theme is French art. We are going to have paintings and a statue come to life. I am the statue. It will be a lot of fun!
In my Theater class, the independent study is directing us in a show called Murder in the Knife Room. We are auditioning on Thursday. I am in the Oh-God-I-am-not-as-prepared-as-I-should-be phase. Soon I will be moving into the Wheew-I-am-better-prepared-than-I-thought-but-I-must-continue-to-practice-until-I-could-do-it-in-my-sleep phase and finally the Oh-God-I-suck-and-everyone-else-is-fantastic-and-I-will-make-a-fool-of-myself-or-I-will-be-sick phase. Then I will preform and relax.
Nina: I am glad that this is working out so that you can stay.
Katie: 3/9! I got an Env2! I love it! Yes there is Twirock but I could not figure out how to get the CD for her in time. Oh and today in history class we were talking about Venezuela and I thought about you!
Ch: You must be a fast Knitter! I cannot knit like that! you should post pictures!

Who do you think is the best actor in the movies? Because of acting abilities and personality.
It is a really hard choice but I think I am going to narrow it down to Alan Rickman, Ralph Finnes, Gary Oldman, David Thewlis and Jason Issacs. I linked some videos of them that I love.

Tiredness.
Hey wloggers. I'm a little late. Sorry. I've been up since 7am (Monday), and it's now almost 7am on Tuesday, and I'm planning on staying up until at least 8pm tonight. So I'm a little tired and confused, and sorry if this post is weird xD
I helped my sister move out today. She moved to a really cozy dorm thing closer to Stockholm, and it was a pretty fun day.
I've been reading the Three Musketeers and watching Star Wars (episode IV-VI) the last few days, although I really should have been doing school work. I go back to school on Thursday, and I don't want to xO
I've also been knitting on a sweater. I only have one and a half arm left :P hopefully I'll get that done before school starts.
What is your favorite era of fanfic to read? (Marauders, trio or kids)
I haven't really read Kids era fanfic, I was more into fanfics pre book 7. But I prefer Marauders.

Back in Black!
Well, first of all: Merry Christmas and a very very very Happy and Succesful New Year!
I know I've been M.I.A. recently, but I do have a better reason for it than the sole fact of it being yuletide. I totally failed History (of Spain) and Art History this trimester, which is a realy big bummer, specially since my average grade is 8.5 to 10 out of 10 and since I moved to Spain last year, I've dropped... a considerable amount, I don't think I'll even get a chance to get a full scholarship for Uni... but anyways, I could gon on about this forever and ever and ever, but then I'd be just like The Grinch Who Stole Christmas.
But even If my parents cut me off internet for the holidays (not officially, but i'd get the 'contempt look' if they'd catch me at it, and believe me when I say that wlogging on a Palm isn't cool), I feel kinda better now, the new year has given me new hopes, that's the reason for the title of this post (who of you got the reference?).
I've missed two posts and this one's comming in a bit late, so I'll make up for it and type... A LOT.
Speaking (typeing) about 'A lot' remindes me that I'm helping my little sister with her english lessons, she's the only one of us who was born in an english-speaking country (Florida, USA), but we moved back to Venezuela before she started to speak, so she's also the only one of us that doesn't speak english, but she's learning. She'll be reading Harry Potter and becoming a Nerdfighter in no time! :D
On to holiday news, I got an awsome new Pablo Neruda agenda (he's an amazing latin poet, this is my favorite poem of his link), a cool pair of shoes and a new adition to my stuffed and/or furry family : he's an orange ball-shaped mouse, and his name is 'Chad the cheedar cheese ball' :D
I wanna know all of your Birthdays so I can add them to my agenda, I already know a few.
On that note, NINA: Happy Belated Birthday! I'd have congratulated you before, but, I came to know like five minutes ago.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Uh yea this post was supposed to be on Wednesday. EPIC fail. Sorry you guys. I know i should have this down by now. I PINKY PROMISE that next week and the weeks that follow will be smoother and i never forget my pinky promises! Glad to hear thatyou guys had good Christmas'. Mine was ok. I got to spend time with my family and sleep a lot which was great. New Years was very fun. We have a little festival downtown that i went to and it was really cool. Hope you guys had a nice New Years.
